How to Manifest Something: You Can Manifest Anything, But There's A Caveat

Friends is one of my favorite TV shows. But surprisingly, it also linked me to a crucial lesson about manifesting. Something that none of the “gurus” talk about.
Julia Roberts once told producers she would guest star in the show only if she was included Chandler Bing’s storyline.
Hearing this, Perry sent her three dozen red roses and a card that read, “The only thing more exciting than the prospect of you doing the show is that I finally have an excuse to send you flowers.”
The two then embarked on what Perry calls a “three-month courtship” through daily faxes.
“Three or four times a day I would sit by my fax machine and watch the piece of paper slowly revealing her next missive,” Perry wrote. “I was so excited that some nights I would find myself out at some party sharing a flirtatious exchange with an attractive woman and cut the conversation short so I could race home and see if a new fax had arrived. Nine times out of ten, one had.”
By the time they shot the Super Bowl episode, they were already a couple.
This was a dream come true for Perry. He got the dream girl.
But two months into the romance, things ended.
In his own words:
“Dating Julia Roberts had been too much for me. I had been constantly certain that she was going to break up with me. Why would she not? | was not enough; I could never be enough; I was broken, bent, unlovable,” he writes. “So instead of facing the inevitable agony of losing her, I broke up with the beautiful and brilliant Julia Roberts.”
Matthew Perry died on Julia Robert’s birthday, and he is missed every day.
This story resonates with me deeply because it highlights a crucial aspect of manifestation that’s often overlooked:
It doesn’t matter if you’re a big celebrity or an average person. You can manifest anything, but you only keep what you feel worthy of.
Again…
You can manifest anything…
But only keep what you feel👏worthy👏of👏.
This is why working on our self-concept is so crucial. It’s not just about attracting good things into our lives — it’s about learning how to keep them without self-sabotaging or pushing them away.
Whether it’s a relationship with your dream partner, business success, or improved health… having a solid foundation of self-worth can save your life.
Perry’s story is a reminder that external success doesn’t always equate to inner fulfillment. Many of us, regardless of our achievements, struggle with feelings of unworthiness or limiting beliefs. Some face these challenges on a profound level, while others grapple with them more subtly.
The good news is that these internal struggles can be addressed. While there are times when professional medical help is necessary and invaluable, there are also powerful tools in psychology and neuroscience that can complement traditional treatments and help us live more fully and happily.
As someone who has navigated my own journey through similar challenges, I’ve made it my purpose to share what I’ve learned.
Being part of my community means there’s someone who wants to support you, uplift you, and watch you succeed.
Through our work together, my goal is to help you build a solid foundation of well-being. This foundation can empower you to not only manifest your desires but also to fully embrace and keep the good things that come into your life.
